Privacy notice
Last updated October 24, 2026
This notice covers eccovo.com and the free-sample form on it. It's written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who we are
Eccovo is a content service based in New York. Questions about your data go to hello@eccovo.com.
What we collect
When you send a voice note through the sample form, we keep:
- your recording and a written transcript of it, or your written answers if you chose to write instead;
- your name and email address;
- anything else you choose to add: your LinkedIn link, what you do, and your note to us;
- a one-way, scrambled code made from your internet address, so we can stop the form being flooded. We never store the address itself.
What we use it for
To write your sample week, to send it to you, and to talk with you about it if you'd like to. That's all. We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Counting visits
To see how many people visit and how quickly pages load, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views, where visitors came from, and the type of browser and device, without cookies, without building a profile of you, and without following you to other sites.
The site sets no cookies and has no advertising trackers.
Who helps us process it
Two providers handle your data on our behalf, under business terms that don't let them use it to train their models:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, counts visits, and stores your recording, and its speech recognition writes the transcript.
- Anthropic provides Claude, the AI model that drafts posts from your transcript.
Everyone at Eccovo who sees your recording is working on your sample.
How long we keep it
We keep your recording and details while we make your sample and talk with you about it. If you don't become a client, we delete them. If you'd like them deleted sooner, email hello@eccovo.com and we will.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, at any time, by email. We'll answer within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
